  1. DisablePro is a set of four 
  2.             ActiveX controls for Windows 95 that allow you to disable (or 
  3.             enable) many features of the Windows 95 environment. Items that can 
  4.             be disabled include the desktop, the taskbar, the Start button, the 
  5.             system icon tray, the mouse, the Windows Screen Saver, various items 
  6.             on the Start menu, network access, file and printer sharing, 
  7.             Registry tools, MS-DOS programs, and many sections of the Control 
  8.             Panel. All of these features are disabled or enabled by simply 
  9.             setting a property in the program. Sample code for Visual Basic 4 
  10.             and 5 is included. Unfortunately, most of these features are not 
  11.             documented in this beta version; however, the author indicates that 
  12.             documentation will be included in the final release version. If 
  13.             you're looking for a way to control access to features of Windows 
  14.             95, give this package a look.
